- Pricing: All prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.
2. Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once we receive a deposit or full payment, as per the terms outlined in your booking confirmation. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within [specific time frame] may incur a cancellation fee, as detailed in your booking confirmation.
3. Equipment Rental
- Equipment Care: Clients are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented equipment. Any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period will be the client’s responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- Setup and Operation: Our team will handle the delivery, setup, and initial operation of the equipment. If you prefer to operate the equipment yourself, we will provide detailed instructions. Clients must ensure the equipment is used safely and correctly.
- Return of Equipment: All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. We will coordinate the pickup of the equipment at a time agreed upon with the client.
4. Liability
- Event Responsibility: While we strive to provide exceptional service, Candyman Catering is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of our services or equipment at your event.
- Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at their event, including the safe operation of rented equipment.
- Force Majeure: Candyman Catering is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
5. Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: All content on the Candyman Catering website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Candyman Catering. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
- Trademarks: Candyman Catering’s name and logo are trademarks of Candyman Catering. Any use of these trademarks without our permission is strictly prohibited.
