Here are some common questions about our Slushie machine rental service, designed to help you plan your event with ease.
The freezing time depends on the type of machine and the environment. Typically, it takes around 90 minutes to 120 minutes for the slush mix to freeze completely.
No, we take care of the cleaning for you! Once your event is over, simply return the machine, and we'll handle the cleaning process. All we ask is that you return any empty slush mix bottles.
We provide high-quality slush mix with your rental to ensure optimal performance and taste. Using your own mix is not recommended, as it may affect the machine’s operation and void the rental agreement. However, feel free to ask us about customizing flavours to suit your event!
It depends on the package you choose! For the single-barrel machine, you can choose one flavour. With the double-barrel machines, you can select one or two flavours depending on your package. We offer a wide variety of flavours, including favourites like raspberry, cherry, and passion fruit.
Yes, a R500 refundable security deposit is required when you rent our cotton candy machine. This deposit will be returned to you once the machine is returned in good condition. We aim to make the rental process as seamless as possible for your peace of mind.
